In 'When the Heart Leads', first published by Kindred Spirit in 2007, I tell the story about how I discovered The Energy Awareness Training - and the profound effect the training had on my life back then! 'True Love', appearing in Kindred Spirit later this year, is about using energy awareness to transform possessiveness and jealousy into energies like higher awareness, wisdom and more love!

My writing is about everyday alchemy - about transforming the karmas that appear in my life.
