How we deliver and how you send things back...

Delivery

At Weaving Star we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly and safely. If you would like to request an urgent delivery, or recorded delivery, please call us and we will arrange it for you. Please note, however, that the delivery of your order may be restricted to a particular service depending on the size, weight and chosen destination of the package. We endeavor to dispatch all orders within 1-3 days however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses.

Standard Delivery via Royal Mail

All our orders are sent out first class via Royal Mail within the UK. Delivery will take between 1-3 days. There is no extra charge over the shipping costs expressed on your invoice.

Express Delivery

Express Delivery is a next working day Royal Mail service, available for deliveries throughout the UK and Northern Ireland. Please note, Express delivery orders received and confirmed by 3 pm on Thursday will not be dispatched until Friday, and as a result will not be delivered until the following Monday at the earliest. Express delivery costs a further £6.25 and a signature is required upon receipt.

Please Note: Next day delivery can not be guaranteed in all circumstances. At times delays are unavoidable. At any stage please feel free to contact us if shipment is delayed.

International delivery

Weaving Star is happy to provide an international delivery service to most places around the world . This will be done via our international courier service. A signature is required on receipt. Delivery should take between 3-7 working days for this service. All deliveries will be able to be tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number/shipping reference. Please note however that Weaving Star will be unable to calculate local customs and sales tax and your local customs authority will contact you once your order has arrived in the country. Payment terms and conditions through Paypal apply as per terms and conditions.

Returns

Customer service is extremely important to us at Weaving Star. We believe that our returns policy is in line with most online retailers, however we do stipulate certain rules in order to make our service the most efficient and reasonable service.

Should you wish to return goods for a refund, please return the goods to us with all the original labeling attached within 12 days (UK), 14 Days (International) of receiving the goods. New and unused means there are no marks on the item or wear on the tags and the item has been returned to us in its original condition. Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customers should notify us (by phone or email) on the same day if they wish to return. We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags. There is no return or exchange for sale items. Please note, Weaving Star cannot refund shipping and/or delivery charges whether they be within the UK or abroad. We ask that all International customers are aware that all international customs duties and sales taxes can not be refunded. All goods purchased on the Weaving Star web site must be returned to Weaving Star, 6 Woodward Mews, Glastonbury, BA6 9QQ at the responsibility of the sender as per terms and conditions. Weaving Star cannot be held responsible for items lost or delayed when being returned.

Exchange

In the event of an exchange, items are subject to product availability and the customer will incur any shipping costs for returning items to be exchanged. All exchanges must be made within the 7 days for UK orders and 14 days for International orders. We can only exchange an item for a different size, style, and colour subject to our stock availability. All exchange enquiries can be made by contacting us at info@weavingstar.com. Exchanged items can only be dispatched after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check back at head office. Any further returns of exchanged items outside the stated timescales will again be at the customers cost for shipping and refunded only as a Weaving Star credit note. Weaving Star credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of exchange.

How to proceed with your return or exchange

1. Please email us at info@weavingstar.com to advise that you would like to make a return or exchange. Please ask for an exchange or returns number (RMA number) to be issued to you via email and please state what you would like to exchange via email so we may hold this for you.

2. Please enter the correct returns/exchange number and follow the instructions which would have come with your invoice and receipt. Exchanges will be subject to our stock availability.

3. Securely wrap and package the item with the completed form and send to us at Weaving Star, 6 Woodward Mews, Glastonbury, BA6 9QQ. We recommend that you send all items insured and/ or registered when sent through the mail as we cannot take responsibility for packages which we do not ship ourselves.

Refunds

Once your package has been returned to us within the above stated time frame unless otherwise authorized by Weaving Star, we will begin to process your refund. Each item will undergo a quality control check and once verified your refund will be processed in the original payment format as your purchase was made within 30 days of the date of cancellation notice. All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchasers credit card including VAT for all EU country customer excluding shipping charges. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from www.weavingstar.com

Please note: If we receive your return in a condition which we feel is not fit for exchange or refund we shall get in touch with you to discuss proceedings. Weaving Star reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange for any item sent back in a condition where the item has been used or damaged. Only Items which Weaving Star can confirm as new and unused will be eligible for a return or exchange, so that they have reached our returns department within the time frame outlined above (unless otherwise organized). Weaving Star will not accept returns or exchange goods for any non-faulty items that have been worn, washed and/or with tags removed. Weaving Star is also not responsible for any returns that were purchased through third party websites and you will be responsible for accepting their possible additional terms and conditions.

A refund or exchange will not be issued for items which fail to meet our standards set forth above.
